Founded by a group of researchers frustrated by the widening gap between academic discovery and public understanding, espresmani began as a modest consultancy operating from a shared workspace in central Manchester.
What started as occasional translation work for a handful of research institutions grew steadily as word spread about our distinctive approach. We refused to oversimplify, yet managed to make complex ideas genuinely accessible.
Today, we collaborate with universities, museums, corporations, and government agencies across the United Kingdom and beyond. Our team has expanded to include specialists in physics, biology, environmental science, and data visualisation, united by a shared belief that knowledge flourishes when shared widely.
